The Galaxy A41 quietly went official last month on Samsung Japan’s website. The phone has now hit the European market, as the Samsung new model is currently listed on the Samsung U.K. and Germany stores, starting at €299 and £269, respectively. No Launch schedule yet for the Asian market, including Pakistan.
With the Samsung Galaxy A41, you get a modern all-screen 20:9 display, with a minimal notch stretching into the display. The screen is a SuperAMOLED panel that measures 6.1 inches across and produces an FHD+ resolution. It embeds an in-display optical fingerprint scanner as well.
The back panel has a subtle abstract geometric pattern that comes in Prism Crush Black, Prism Crush Silver, and Prism Crush Blue colors. The triple-camera on the back is laid out on a rectangular island. The camera ensemble features a 48MP f/2.0 primary wide camera, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 5MP depth-assist sensor. The front camera has a 25MP, F2.2 sensor behind it.
The build of this Samsung latest model allows for IP68 dust and water resistance and can survive 1.5 underwater for up to 30 minutes. Samsung cut corners by opting for a plastic chassis and rear-facing panel, so you don’t get the ‘glass slab’ design that is typical of phones in this price bracket.
Samsung picked a MediaTek Helio P65 for the Galaxy A41 and combined it with 64GB of storage and 4GB of RAM – so the performance might be iffy, even for a mid-ranger. The native storage, however, can be expanded up to 512GB with a microSD card. A 3,500 mAh battery powers the internals and features 15W fast charging support. The hardware, in turn, runs on an Android-10-based OneUI 2.0.
Samsung Germany’s website announces that shipping will begin from May, while the U.K. version doesn’t give a concrete timeframe. The phone might arrive in Pakistan in the upcoming months but we don't have any official word from Samsung Pakistan so far.
