The LTE variant of the Galaxy A52 has commenced receiving the October 2023 security patch, accompanied by firmware version A525FXXS6DWI1. Users in countries such as Australia, Germany, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Russia, Thailand, the Caucasus region, the Netherlands, the Philippines, Ukraine, and Vietnam can now install the security update.
For those in the United States, the carrier-locked version of the Galaxy A52 5G is currently getting the new update. It comes with firmware version A526USQSBEWI5 and is compatible with Comcast, Metro PCS, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Xfinity Mobile networks. Additional carriers will join the roster soon.
The Galaxy A52, available in Pakistan in its 4G configuration, will collect the latest October security patch soon. Upon availability, the Samsung latest A model will send you an alert. Users can manually install the update by heading to Settings > Software Update > Check for updates.
