Samsung currently has the Galaxy S21 Fan Edition in the works. The S21 FE is meant to be an affordable alternative to the mainstream flagship series. The rumor mill has already given us a few sneak previews of this upcoming Fan Edition. But the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE was recently featured in an official promo poster.
Samsung Galaxy S21 FE surfaced in a social media post on Instagram. But evidently, it was an accident since the promo has been pulled off the website. The internet copied the image before it was taken down.
It showcases the Galaxy S21 FE in Phantom Violet color — not to mention Galaxy Buds Pro and a Galaxy Book. Instead of the contrasting rose gold finishes seen on the backplate of the standard S21 series, the S21 Fan Edition sports an even, uniform paint job. Other than the lavender shade, the Galaxy S21 FE is also offered in gray, mint, and white colorways.
As for the specs, the Galaxy S21 FE has a 6.4” OLED display that produces a Full HD resolution and refreshes at a smooth 120Hz rate. A single hole is punched through the center panel of the Samsung new model for 2021, housing a 32MP selfie camera.
It’s all powered by the top-shelf Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 and a 4370 mAh battery. You can expect at least 25W quick-charging support. You get 8GB of memory and 256GB of internal storage. The camera system is made of 12MP wide, 8MP telephoto, and 12MP ultrawide lenses. Galaxy S21 FE is also IP68 certified, supports dual stereo speakers, and runs on the latest OneUI.
