Although the Galaxy S22 Series has almost hit the half-year mark, Samsung’s special love for its latest flagships has not ended yet. Reports suggest the S22 series will receive a brand new ‘Bora Purple’ paint job. Samsung Thailand has already aired images of the vanilla S22 flaunting this fresh color. It engulfs the device all the way from the rounded chassis to the camera island.
Samsung has always had a partiality for Purple color. Back in 2020, the Galaxy S20 Plus was also bestowed with a purple BTS edition. However, it’s still unconfirmed whether it will be a collaboration this time.
The manufacturer already sells the Samsung Galaxy S22 series in a Violet shade, but they come with a golden frame and camera module. This pristine color is directly similar to the Lavender hue of the Galaxy S21 FE, as the color accents are found all around the rear and the sides.
Other members of the S22 series are also expected to receive the new finish featuring the same Samsung phones price tags. There isn’t a confirmed launch date; however, the Galaxy S22 Ultra could arrive in Bora Purple shade on July 15, as extracted from a recent teaser.
There is also a possibility of this color being an online-specific model. According to WinFuture, this Bora Purple wave will probably hit the upcoming Galaxy Flip4, Galaxy Fold4, and the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro as well.
As only Samsung Thailand has embraced the color, we can assume the newly painted devices to launch only in specific regions of the world. Let’s wait for further news to validate the existing information.
