Samsung's Galaxy S23 project is already in the works. As usual, the following Galaxy-S lineup will pop out in the first quadrant of 2023. Among them is the Galaxy S23 ultra, which is under every tipster’s radar. Every leak about this phone is just one big surprise after another.
The latest reveal about Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra unveiled its project codename and model numbers. Passionategeekz in collaboration with Pricebaba has reported a firmware code leak on the internet, with the model numbers and project code typed on it. This leak proves that Samsung is undoubtedly working on the S23 lineup, and the launch is coming next year.
Looking at the firmware code above, we can spot the Galaxy S23 ultra codenamed Samsung DM3. The phone's model numbers are SM-S918BDS, SM-S918U, SM-S918U1, and SM-S918W. Alphabets at the end identify specs like unlocked phone variant, dual-sim features, the origin of the phone, etc.
The performance gap between Snapdragon and Exynos variants of the S-series has been a problem for customers. Samsung is finally going to make their flagship phones Snapdragon only. It means no more Exynos variants in the Samsung price catalog. All the markets will receive the same Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Chipset in their S23-series without area discrimination. They now have a chance at being the world's most excellent android handsets.
In other news, our sources affirm the rumors about the camera on Galaxy S23 Ultra. The phone is indeed going to receive an ISOCELL HP2, 200-megapixel sensor. That's going to take mobile photography to the next level. We will keep an eye out for more leaks to keep you updated.
