With the excitement of Samsung's recent foldable releases settling in, the anticipation for the forthcoming Galaxy S24 lineup is steadily growing, and the latest rumor adds a new dimension to the discussion. Today, a credible source has brought to light the design alterations made for the Samsung Galaxy S24 and S24 Plus.

A revered source from the world of Samsung leaks, the IceUniverse, pointed out that the upcoming Galaxy S24 and S24+ will adopt a flatter side frame design, aligning more closely with the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 5’s aesthetics. The Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+ currently boast flat backs with a subtle mid-frame bulge. However, this distinctive look will transform soon.

The decision to transition to a flat-rim design could have stemmed from numerous factors. Perhaps, it is a nod to the prevailing trend in recent years toward sleek, minimalistic design with clean lines. Alternatively, Samsung might have chosen this route to enhance the overall visual appeal of the Samsung 5G new models, regardless of prevailing design trends.

Unfortunately, the report does not include anything noteworthy about Galaxy S24 Ultra's design trajectory. In keeping with the past Galaxy S series, the Ultra model might deviate from the standard design, setting itself apart with a unique look for easy identification.

With the Galaxy S24 and S24+ poised to don this sleek flat design, Samsung seems steadfast to make a visual statement that merges form and function. As the company gears up for its flagship launch, tech enthusiasts eagerly await the official unveiling to witness what the new Galaxy S24 series brings to the table.
