Samsung Galaxy S25 First Renders Leak with a Smaller Form Factor

It’s obvious that Samsung is working on the Galaxy S25 series, and before long they will release it to the world with the typical schedule of January 2025, if everything goes smoothly. But there’s a long stint between now and then, enough for the analysts to expose secretive details, like the one we found about Galaxy S25 yesterday.

Vanilla S25 got leaked and in a report by OnLeaks, there were first-ever renders, predicting accurately what the phone could look like. Of course, the base mesh is the same, but we can see the elemental changes around the cameras or the screen to call it new.

Consistency is part of their DNA now, after so many repetitive designs in the S series, there isn’t much hope for appearance changes. But, we learn from the viral report that the Galaxy S25 will be more compact, and the dimensions will go down from 147 x 70.6 x 7.6 mm (S24’s) to 146.9 x 70.4 x 7.2 mm (S25’s).

A smaller frame will push it into the territory of the compact flagships, but that is far from the sole changes they have planned for Samsung's new flagship phone. These renders side-to-side with S24’s make it apparent that the black bars around the screen are thinner now than ever.

You will either end up with Exynos 2500 or Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, and this will depend on the region you live in. 128 GB at the base will be it, no upgrade to the 256 GB starter option, and 12 GB RAM will be available in the leading memory option. Also, if this leak stands, there might not be any battery uptick.
