Everyone’s been waiting for the Samsung Galaxy S25 lineup to drop, and most people even know its launch window is set in January. But no one has guessed the exact date. That was until now; we have just spotted a leak that pinpoints exactly when the launch is happening.
Samsung has been running an alleged promotional survey online, and there’s a date for when the pre-orders begin. It says 5th January on the survey form images shared by a leaker on ‘X.’ We can only assume that the launch will happen on the same day.
January 5th is quite early for the Galaxy S25 series launch, especially because the previous debut for S24 didn’t even happen till January 17th. But it won’t be a shock to anyone if it did come early this year. Samsung did the same thing with their Galaxy Folds.
Their usual timeline for Z Folds was July 26th, but for this year’s Z Fold 6, the launch happened rather quickly on July 10. So, an early release for Samsung's upcoming models also seems plausible. January 5th might be the day for its release, per the leak, but we advise keeping your mind open to other possibilities.
It’s plausible that the S25 series’ pre-orders start on January 5th, but we couldn’t find any other source corroborating this fact. There’s also no confirmation from the company, so you might want to take this news with a pinch of salt.
