Samsung Galaxy S25 and S25 Ultra are about to launch in Pakistan, and we now have confirmation about their pre-orders going live today at both offline and online retail stores. The official early bird promotion will remain live till February 20th, and thereafter, both phones will deploy in the markets nationwide.

Galaxy S25 Plus is missing from the picture, and it’s nowhere to be found on the official Samsung PK webpage as well. We assume it might be joining the series later. As for the S25 and S25 Ultra, we have the pricing and all the latest features added to this year’s round-up.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra

The S25 series is built around software improvements rather than hardware. Samsung upgraded these handsets from SD 8 Gen 3 to Snapdragon 8 Elite, and the S25 Ultra scored a 50 MP Ultrawide lens upgrade this time. There are some other tweaks like the new design and an improved anti-reflective display, but that’s about it.

Galaxy S25 Ultra has rounded corners and thinner bezels. It was able to fit a bigger 6.9” 2X Super AMOLED display on the front with the same old QHD+ resolution and 120Hz adaptive refresh rate. Samsung even managed to make the phone thin and light. The old S24 Ultra was chunky at 8.6mm and 233g weight. S25 Ultra cuts it back to 8.2mm profile and 218g.

Its cameras are more or less the same as the S24 Ultra with a 12 MP selfie shooter, 200 MP primary rear lens, and a 50 MP 5X periscope telephoto. The second telephoto is also an old 10 MP sensor with 3X zoom. 50 MP Ultrawide is a new upgrade with an AI ProVisual engine that adds a layer of optimization for photos and videos on all the cameras.

Its battery is 5000mAh with the same 45W charging as before. 15W Qi 2.1 wireless charging is an upgrade, but without the magnetic alignment, this won’t make any difference. The RAM is now 12 GB minimum for all three phones. S25 Ultra starts at 256GB, giving you up to 1TB options in Pakistan, as per the official webpage. The price for the S25 Ultra (12/512GB) is Rs 439,999.

Samsung Galaxy S25

The vanilla S25 is also built around the same specs as the S24, but Samsung managed to squeeze the hardware into a slimmer 7.2mm chassis this time. But, as is the story with the S25 Ultra, it shores up the same 6.2” Dynamic AMOLED 1-120Hz display with FHD+ resolution. Nothing has changed in the display section.

Galaxy S25 now has the Best Face selfie option and ProVisual AI Engine, but the hardware has not changed at all. 50 MP main shooter, 10 MP Ultrawide, and 10 MP 3X telephoto, with a 12MP selfie on the front. This doesn’t mean the image quality hasn’t improved. The new Snapdragon 8 Elite chip opened the door to faster shutter speeds, color, and skin tone accuracy.

All three S25 phones have upgraded WiFi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and 15W Qi2 Wireless charging. AI is built into every nook and cranny of the One UI 7 x Android 15 software, like Now Briefs, Ask Gemini, Circle to Search, etc. Its battery is 4000mAh, and charging is only 25W.

This phone, like all the others in the lineup, has a 7-year OS and security support till 2032. The base RAM on Galaxy S25 has gone up from 8 GB to 12 GB, which is more appropriate for its built-in AI. This handset has 12/512GB memory, which will set you back Rs 314,999. Pre-orders for both Galaxy S25 and S25 Ultra are now live with the official webpage pointing to select online and offline vendors in Pakistan for early booking. The window is only open till 20th Feb, so hurry now and pre-order a Galaxy S25 for yourself today.
