Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim Rumored Specs with Camera, SoC, and Other Details

From the way leaks have been spreading about this phone, it’s no longer just a suspicion that Samsung will release the Galaxy S25 Slim with this year’s lineup. Even some certifications proved that the device is real. So what is this new Slim Edition all about?

Well, as it turns out, the leaked specs for S25 Slim put it somewhere between S25+ and S25 Ultra. And there’s even speculation that it could set the basis for the S26 series build next time. We’ve seen reports that this phone is 6.5mm thick, but its other siblings have nearly 8mm profiles. Slim Edition is worthy of its name.

S25 Slim probably has a 6.66" panel, rumored to be very close to the size of S25 Plus. And just like others, this phone will give you access to a Snapdragon 8 Elite Chip. Now, the RAM and Storage part is confusing, though it’s only a matter of time before those specs are also leaked.

There’s only so much you can fit into a 6.5mm modern handset, so we might be left with a rumored 4700mAh or a 5000mAh battery. That is also undetermined by the leakers. However, the Samsung price list might help gauge its affordability. At least there are some guesses about its camera tech.

S25 Slim might be 6.5mm in profile but it will get the Samsung S25 Ultra’s camera assortment (if the leaks pan out). Its main lens could be a 200 MP ISOCELL HP5 sensor, which is 1/1.56" aperture but could also be 1/1.3" like the HP2. HP5 is not official yet, so the size is a mystery. Samsung's 50MP JN5 sensor will lie under the ultrawide and telephoto unit. Again, it’s supposedly cheaper than the Ultra, and more expensive than the Plus, but we won’t know S25 Slim’s exact price tag until it debuts.
