Samsung's Galaxy Watch 3 has made headlines over the past few weeks, leaked in hands-on images and renders. It has now been featured in an ‘unboxing and first impressions’ video on YouTube ahead of the big August 5 reveal. And in a similar vein, the famous German publication Winfuture.de also shared the detailed specification sheet for the wearable.

Seen in the much-anticipated Mystic Bronze edition, the Galaxy Watch 3 bears the model number SM-R850 and stretches 41mm in diameter. Bound inside the slimmer bezel is a 1.2” AMOLED display.

The crown and the button skirting the bezel have been flattened, and the round bezel now swivels around to navigate the UI. The case back and the buckle are stainless steel, rounded off by leather straps and free loops — accented further with white stitching across its length.

Winfuture notes that the Mystic Bronze is only available for the 41mm variant, while the 45mm version comes in Black and Gray shades. The latter features a bigger 1.4” screen, delivering a 360x360 resolution. However, they’re both layered with Gorilla Glass DX and have IP68 and military-grade MIL-STD-810G rating.

Samsung’s own Exynos 9110 processor does the number-crunching behind the scenes, featuring Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, NFC, and Wi-Fi connectivity. The apps are loaded onto 1GB of memory and your data is stored on 8GB of native storage. The 45mm version is powered by a 247mAh cell, while the 41mm edition uses a beefier 340mAh battery. The Watch 3 can be wirelessly charged, and you can get at least 56 hours of usage out of a single charge.

Shipped with at least 39 different ‘Sports’ modes, the next-gen wearable features heart-rate monitoring, ECG, sleep, and stress-level tracking. Samsung will officially take wraps off the Galaxy Watch 3 at the ‘Galaxy Unpacked’ event where the Z Fold 2, the Note 20 Series, and the new Gear Buds Live are supposed to debut.
