Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6 Spotted Again; MIIT Certification Green Lights Both Models

Well, there it is again. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6 pop up online once more before they are official in July. That’s right. Their Unpacked event is happening in July this time. We’re utterly sure about it. But there’s speculation still about its looks, specs, and cost.

We don’t have answers to those questions yet. But there was an MIIT certification early that MySmartPrice spotted, and it’s a surefire lead of their 5G connectivity. There are always regions where Galaxy Folds have dual SIM. That certificate also tells us these models are due for multiple global regions.

There wasn’t much on it in terms of specifications. But over the weeks, we came across numerous leaks. They foreshadow multiple stats and some info about Fold 6 and Flip 6’s designs. You must know that Z Fold 6 is a complete revamp and a design overhaul. Z Flip 6, not so much.

You know how Galaxy S24 Ultra is much more boxier than any of its predecessors: the Samsung future's foldable phone is just like that. More plam-jabbing corners and a wider aspect ratio this time. Flip 6 may be drawing some incremental upgrades.

And Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 is old news. They both have Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 pulling the hard labor this time. That’s one more thing we’re utterly sure about. Z Flip 6 may get a 50 MP commanding unit, leaving the 12 MP sensor behind. There’s also a chance we’ll see a 4000 mAh cell inside. Not the low 3700 mAh from the Z Flip 5.
