A new CAMON handset is in the pipeline, ready to deploy. Tecno has been doing certification runs for the device model CK8n. It has surfaced on FCC and Bluetooth SIG, pointing out its existence and the imminent launch. Here's everything their documents revealed.

Starting with its Bluetooth SIG certification, the details showcased the "Tecno Camon 20 Pro 5G" moniker assigned to the model "CK8n." With the confirmed product name, we also discovered that the phone has Bluetooth 5.3 module at the core.

Moving on to its FCC file, the phone unveiled its dimensions at 163 x 76 x 8mm, translating to a compact phone design, unlike the chunkier Camon 19 Pro 5G at 166.7 x 74.3 x 8.6mm. FCC also gave away a blueprint of the Camon 20 Pro's rear plate, verifying its camera placement and label location.

The camera island has an unusual shape. It covers most of the phone's back, featuring a triple-silo setup for the sensor and flash. The new Camon Tecno mobile seems to have flat edges with side mounted volume rocker and the power key. The Tecno label will exist slightly below its median point.

In specs, FCC confirms Tecno Camon 20 Pro 5G with 8Gigs of RAM and 256Gigs native storage. The battery stats listed on the file are 4900mAh with 33W fast charging. Tecno might advertise the phone with a 5000mAh battery. The details align with Camon 19 Pro's specs; as such, the oncoming phone might also bear a MediaTek chip. EEC (the Eurasian Economic Commission) has already listed the former's higher-end sibling, Camon 20 Premier, in their database.

The new Tecno family might include siblings, Camon 20, Camon 20 Premier 5G, and Camon 20 Pro 5G at higher price tags than before.  However, for those on a tighter budget, the Spark 8C remains a strong option in the domestic market, offering good value for money and staying within reach of many users.
