Tecno has officially launched its flagship contender for 2024, the Camon 30 Premier. While its imaging system was initially detailed at MWC 2024, many of the phone’s other aspects were left undisclosed. With its official release, the phone prepares to hit the market, and Tecno is gradually rolling it out across 70+ global markets.
The Tecno Camon 30 Premier boasts some noteworthy features. One standout aspect is its 6.77-inch LTPO 120Hz OLED panel, marking a first for a non-foldable smartphone from the brand. The device has four 50MP cameras: one inside the punch hole and three more positioned on the back, including wide, ultrawide, and periscope telephoto.
Under the hood, the phone is powered by a Dimensity 8200 Ultra chipset plus 12GB RAM and runs on Android 14 out of the box. It packs a solid 5,000mAh battery with 70W charging capabilities, aligning with the specifications of other Camon 30 devices and the Pova 6 duo.
Tecno has opted not to disclose the exact pricing of the Camon 30 Premier, stating that it will vary according to individual markets. The company plans to reveal the pricing details of the Tecno Camon new model at the time of release in each country.
During MWC 2024 in Barcelona, the Tecno Camon 30 Premier was available for a hands-on experience, offering attendees a glimpse of its impressive features. Early impressions suggest the phone has garnered positive feedback from users and enthusiasts alike.
Anticipation builds for its official release in various regions, and the Camon 30 Premier promises to deliver mighty specs at mid-range pricing. With other Camon 30 devices hitting the shelves soon in Pakistan, one cannot rule out the possibility of Camon 30 Premier’s debut in the country. However, stay tuned for the official confirmations as we approach the due date.
