Tecno has announced a hefty price cut for its premium Camon 30S. This phone has been retailing in our market for the past three months, although the pricing has been steep at Rs 60,000 for its 8/256GB memory trim. But, after today, you won’t have to pay that hefty amount for Camon 30S.
Tecno has been chopping prices for its handsets in Pakistan lately, and among them, the Camon 30S gets a discount of Rs 6,000. Thanks to that, you can now buy yourself an 8/256GB variant of this device for only Rs 53,999, and it’s a steal at this price point.
That curved build makes the phone look exotic, front and back. You have a glossy metallic stripe around the camera with some specs etched on it: 50MP OIS shooter and Sony IMX 896 sensor. The phone’s curved AMOLED display is the center of its appeal.
Camon 30S is built around a solid 6.78” AMOLED that conceals a 13 MP selfie unit and a fingerprint ID at the bottom. One of its better qualities is AOD and eye-care tech, not to overlook its FHD+ resolution 120Hz refresh rate screen that shows content at 1300 nits brightness.
This phone only shoots 13 MP selfies, and the rear panel has that typical 50 MP + 2 MP sensor duo, but at least OIS and 1/1.56” aperture make it special. Camon 30S has a Helio G100 engine, which performance-wise, trades blows with other mid-rangers in the market. For power, Tecno sticks a 5000mAh battery in it, rechargeable at 33W.
