Rumors are that the newly-announced Vivo V21 series is coming to Pakistan soon. The pre-launch campaign is already underway in Malaysia and India; following this debut, the V21 is slated for launch in Pakistan around mid-May.
The highlight of the Vivo V20's successor is its optical image stabilization features. We’re looking at a 44MP front camera and 64MP rear camera, both powered by hardware-based stabilization.
OIS-assisted selfie cameras are rare, even in flagship devices, but the Vivo V21 builds on the V20 that featured eye-tracking autofocus on its front camera. So selfie performance is the word of the day here.
Couple the OIS feature with Vivo’s advanced night mode, and it makes for clear selfies, even in low-light. Plus, the V21 integrates two front-firing LED flashes for even poor lighting conditions. The design hasn’t gone through much change, however. V21 features flat, sharp edges on its frame, a notch inside the display, and the ‘big eye’ camera layout on the back. All in all a nice addition to the Vivo price list.
From the official microsite promoting the series, we know that the body has a lightweight, slim footprint. It’s a glass sandwich build, only 7.29mm thick. You can pick from Arctic White, Dusk Blue, and Sunset Dazzle editions.
Lastly, Vivo V21 is the first in the V-series to run on a 5G-powered chip. The chipset itself isn’t specified, but the phone adopts 8GB of memory and ‘extends’ it with 3GB of additional virtual RAM for smoother multitasking.
