Vivo V23e belongs to the latest line of fashion-focused V series which also includes the V23, V23 Pro. The sequel to this year's Vivo V21e has already been featured in hands-on video clips. And Vivo’s Vietnamese arm just published a landing page for the V23e on their official website.
The promo page for the Vivo V23e features teaser previews. The phone comes in two editions — iridescent satin matte and elegant graphite finishes. Three lenses, stacked on top of each other, are encased inside the raised camera housing. It’s a trendy, ultra-slim flat-edge design.
Flip the phone over to reveal its U-shaped notch and chin. It’s an OLED screen that delivers a 1080P resolution and hides a fingerprint scanner underneath. The chassis contains a speaker grille, USB-C port, and physical buttons that blend into the frame.
The camera housed inside the notch of the new Vivo V23e mobile is 50MP. Portrait photography has been the highlight of V-series phones for many years. And the V23e seems to be no exception, as indicated by the high-res selfie camera. Also, the rear camera system is made of 64MP wide, 8MP ultra-wide, and 2MP macro lenses.
The chipset at the heart of Vivo V23e is still a mystery, although 5G connectivity is in the cards. It runs on a 4030 mAh battery and 44W FlashCharge technology. FunTouch OS 12, built on Android 11, powers the hardware. You get at least 8GB of memory for multitasking.
