The Vivo V29 series will step into the global mobile arena soon. The lineup awaits to feature three remarkable devices, the Vivo V29, Vivo V29 Pro, and Vivo V29 Lite. The standard V29 has just received IMDA certification, reiterating its imminent arrival and specs. Let’s check it out.


The Vivo V29 model number “V2250” has made notable appearances on Geekbench, the Bluetooth SIG website in the past, and now, on the IMDA certification platform. The certification confirms the device's imminent global launch and support for essential features like WLAN, Bluetooth, and NFC.

Singapore (regulated by IMDA) will be one of the first regions to bear the Vivo V29 launch. The document shared by the regulator did not reveal anything noteworthy, unlike Geekbench, which shed some light on the Vivo V29's performance capabilities.


The phone is to feature a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G Plus processor at the core. Rumors suggest that the Pro variant might house the powerful Dimensity 8200 chipset, ranking the highest in the series in terms of performance. Users can expect 12GB of RAM and an ample 256GB storage capacity. Powering this device is a reliable 5,000mAh battery sporting 66W fast charging.

The Vivo V29 Pro also ascends to the top in photography. It features a remarkable 50MP front-facing camera.
