There's a price cut taking effect now for the premium Vivo V30. We hear its 12/256GB version will be way cheaper from today on all retail fronts. It was Rs 140,000 early. But Vivo has slashed its price down to Rs 129,000 now. That discount of Rs 10,000 puts a big enough dent in its cost to make it worth your consideration.

One glance, and you can tell the Vivo V30 is one of the premium ones. There's a curvy look to it. Not the boring flat design that's common with Vivo budget phones. And it all adds to its charm. Also, that rich AMOLED panel you see up front has a quick 120Hz frequency. That 6.78" sized front is about 1.5k resolution.

Frosted glass on the back and an AMOLED make it feel as close to a flagship as can be. That kind of back glass can save us from smudges and smears. And then there's this unique camera platform in a class of its own. It certainly has a pleasing effect on this design. Vivo V30e is slim at 7.5mm and 186g weight.

Performance seems to be another focus point for this Vivo's flagship budget mobile. That Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC and 12/256 GB combination must be plenty for most of you. And the next best thing about it is a 5000 mAh battery. It does 80W, almost instantaneous recharging (100% in 48 minutes).

Vivo V30e has one other highlight you can't miss by any means. And that's photography. Cameras assigned to this one are 50MP (first) + 50MP (ultrawide) + 2MP (assistant). You'll see a 50MP selfie snapper on the screen also. And an optical fingerprint sensor helps unlock the phone from the screen.
