On the verge of unveiling its Vivo V30 series globally, the company plans to feature the V30 and V30 Pro models equipped with advanced camera sensors in collaboration with Zeiss. Breaking the tradition of reserving premium partnerships for high-end devices, Vivo is bringing Zeiss's photography to the mid-range segment with the V30 Pro.
While the official launch is due on February 28, MySmartPrice has already spilled the beans on several key features and promotional posters indicating an imminent release. Here’s everything we know so far.
The V30 Pro's camera system, partnered with a lens company “Zeiss,” has a potential for top-notch photography. With Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and Vivo's Aura light, the device aims to enhance photo quality in both portraits and selfies.
The highlight is Vivo V30 Pro’s Zeiss Style Portrait modes – Cine-flare Portrait, Cinematic, Biotar, Planar, Distagon, and Sonnar. These modes will likely deliver professional-level portraits and videos, adapting to various lighting conditions. The same features exist in the latest 5G Vivo mobiles.
The V30 Pro will also feature Zeiss Cinematic Video Bokeh and Zeiss Natural Color Science, giving users cinematic-quality videos with true-to-life hues. While the complete spec sheet will not unravel until February 28, leaks suggest that the V30 and V30 Pro might sport a curved AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Speculations about the V30 indicate a Dimensity 8200 chipset, 12GB of RAM, and Android 14 support.
Meanwhile, the Vivo V30 Pro might house a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC. Both models offer 512GB max storage, 5,000mAh batteries, and rapid 80W fast charging. But take these details with a hint of uncertainty since Vivo has yet to unveil both these devices on their official website.
