Vivo V40e Geekbench Listing Offers Clues; Expect Solid Performance

Vivo V40e 5G is up next, after the debut of Vivo V40 and V40 Pro. Hints of its development are already popping up on the web. We saw a Bluetooth SIG file leaked earlier, and it confirmed ‘V2403’ assigned to Vivo V40e. It came with limited info. But today, we have its Geekbench listing to share with you.

Geekbench reports are consistent, and we always get a phone’s chipset, RAM, and performance scores out of their benchmarks. Vivo V40e is the same. In the scorecard, this phone has the model code V2403. Thanks to the Bluetooth SIG, we know it’s official product title.

In the memory information section, there’s a hint of 8GB RAM as one of the options for Vivo V40e. And the SoC they chose for it is an 8-core 2.5GHz MTK platform. Those core clusters are familiar. The closest guess, looking at the clock speeds, will be a Dimensity 7300.

If you go down the rabbit hole, you’ll find that D7300 gets a Mali G615 MC2 iGPU. That puts it close to the performance of a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1. Up to 8 GB RAM paired with this Vivo 5G's latest mobile engine helps it score 1028 and 2938 points in the Geekbench test.

These scores are perfectly acceptable for V40e’s segment. One final piece of info spilled by Geekbench is Android 14. Vivo will use their Funtouch OS 14 skin to boot for Vivo V40e. Early on, the same phone appeared on the IMEI Database but had a different model number ‘V2418.’ There’s surely more than one V40e variant in the making.
