Vivo V50 Promo Image Leaks, Showcasing the Stunning Rose Red Design

The all new V50 by Vivo has leaked with a promo image for the first time today. We’ve been tracking this device for a while now, and believe that it could launch in Pakistan as well. We saw its listings across multiple certification platforms, and the Taiwanese NCC database even exposed its real-life images with measurements. That’s how we know that this leaked image belongs to V50.

From what we hear in leaks, you can expect to see the V50 in global markets by the end of February. So far, the exact date has not been confirmed officially. The promo image we have here today was posted on X by a prolific leaker and it specifically targeted the red-themed Vivo V50.

The leak said it might be the Rose Red color option, edge design with a circular camera ring on the back. It is a premium phone for sure. It isn’t the Pro variant so there are only two cameras on the back, but the Aura Ring light is bigger than the Vivo current V40.

The ZEISS logo has popped up on the rear again. This camera company, up until recently, only paid attention to Vivo’s flagship X series to fine-tune its photos and videos, but this tech has trickled down to Vivo’s second-best V series in the past generation. The new 5G Vivo mobile will be featuring the ZEISS collaboration again.

The design you see here is a familiar one for us. We’ve seen it before on the Chinese Vivo S20, and the rumor mill says the V50 shares some specs with this device as well. If that’s the case, it should mount a 6.67” curved AMOLED panel on the front with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1.5k resolution.

This screen might have an eye-searing 5000 nits brightness, which will be perfect for usage on sunny days. NCC certification is proof that this device has a full 6000mAh battery that will use 90W fast charger for refueling (both upgraded from V40’s 5500mAh and 80W input).

The firmware running on this device will be Android 15, which is also confirmed by NCC and other certifications. It isn’t official yet, but V50 could use a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 with up to 16 GB RAM. Its predecessor, featured a similar mid-range focus and the Vivo V40 price tag also met user expectations, so expectations are high for the V50. We can’t confirm any more details until the official launch, but the good is that we won’t have to wait long. It might debut within a few weeks, so stay tuned until then.
