Vivo V50e Leak Spills Everything; Key Specs, Launch Timeframe, Pricing Details

Now that Vivo V50 has gone official in Pakistan, it’s only a matter of time before Vivo V50e is released in the country as well. But first, we need this handset to debut globally, and luckily we did gain some relevant insight in a recent leak. The fresh report hints at V50e specifications, its launch timeframe and the expected pricing.

The details about the Vivo V50e were found in a publication, which revealed that the phone is built around a 6.77” quad-curve AMOLED panel, probably borrowed from its big brother V50. This phone will have a 120Hz refresh rate as well, however, the report also mentions a 1.5k resolution, which is suspicious.

Since Vivo V50 didn’t use the 1.5k AMOLED this time, there’s a possibility that V50e won’t have that feature as well. We might hear from the company by the end of this month or early April, which should eventually clear all confusion. For now, these are the only clues we have about the newcomer.

We also found the Vivo V new model’s camera details in the leak. This device ranks at the bottom in Vivo’s new V series, so the phone loses the premium 50 MP ultrawide and replaces it with a standard 8 MP ultrawide sensor. It seems the rest of the lenses are borrowed from V50.

Vivo V50e is also reported with a 50 MP main camera with a Sony IMX882 sensor and a 50 MP selfie sensor on the front. And if the device is anything like before, it will be a ZEISS-tuned camera setup as well. About the phone’s battery specs. It’s believed that the V50e plans to bring a 5600mAh cell and a 90W fast charging kit.

There’s a fingerprint reader on the phone’s screen, and let’s not forget the durability, which seems on par with the Vivo V50. This upcoming model will have the very same IP68/IP69 rating. Some of its internals are already confirmed thanks to Geekbench.

From what we saw on the Geekbench report, the Vivo V50e has a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC inside to handle an Android 15 OS. The phone had decent scores benchmarked with up to 8 GB RAM. As promised, the source behind this leak also hinted at the phone’s launch timeframe in the first week of April. And price-wise, the phone might cost between ~$270 and ~$344. We’ll eventually learn if this leak has validity, so stay tuned if you want to keep in the loop.
