This duo became official in October, and it’s also making headlines about a follow-up debut in the coming week. Vivo X200 and X200 Pro made a Chinese-exclusive launch last month with a promise that these devices will go international in the upcoming weeks. Now they have teased the series in Malaysia.
This will probably be the start of a global rollout for these handsets. Vivo's official store has revealed that X200 and X200 Pro will launch on November 19th at 4 PM local time in Malaysia. The pre-order will remain until 22nd November, after which, they will start retail deployment.
If the Chinese and the global X200 phones have the same specifications, you can expect both to pick up the Dimensity 9400 engine. It’s the finest mobile chip MediaTek has fabricated so far, and they wired it to 16 GB RAM on both handsets.
Then we have a mighty 5800mAh battery on the Vivo's future flagship and a 6000mAh cell on the X200 Pro wired to 90W fast wired charging kits and if needed, a 30W wireless support on the Pro option. X200 Pro even has built-in Satellite connectivity for the first time, just like Apple’s.
Vivo X200 and X200 Pro have their identities completely wrapped around telephoto imaging. The base X200 can do 50 MP periscope 3x zoom, but the X200 Pro has an unfathomable 200 MP 3.7x OIS-imbued periscope shooter. Both have screens that are AMOLED, 120Hz, and 1.5k in resolution.
