Vivo is soon coming out with its next flagship series. The upcoming Vivo X70 lineup, featuring Vivo X70, Vivo X70 Pro, and X70 Pro+, is slated for launch in September. Ahead of this release, the pricing and product specs for the X70 Pro and X70 Pro+ were leaked online.
Courtesy of the 91mobiles, we learn that the base edition of the Vivo X70 Pro is expected to start from ~ PKR 139,999. And the top-end Vivo X70 Pro+ is to cost around ~ PKR 184,999, after adding all the taxes. The pricing details for the standard X70 weren’t shared but it should sit below X70 Pro’s price range.
The rumor mill has also given us the specifications for the X70 series. Vivo hasn’t changed the screens from last year (although the bezels might have been shaved off further.)
Across the board, we find E4 OLED displays made by Samsung that deliver a full HD resolution at a fluid 120Hz refresh rate. The screens of the upcoming additions to the Vivo price list are curved along the edges, have a single hole punched through their center, and support HDR10+ content.
The one big highlight of the Vivo X60 series was the miniaturized gimbal system incorporated into its cameras. The X70 could build on the same technology, but this year, Vivo will bake its in-house developed Image Signal Processor (ISP) into the chipset for better imaging.
The next-gen 5-axis micro gimbal stabilization is paired with the wide f/1.5 lens. Qualcomm’s top-shelf Snapdragon silicon does the number-crunching in the X70 lineup once again. Vivo is reportedly upgrading the 33W charging support to 66W tech, as well.
