Vivo Y03t Price Dropped in Pakistan; 64GB Variant Now Rs 1,000 Cheaper

Vivo Y03t is already quite affordable in its 4/128 GB configuration ever since the price cut, and now it’s joined by the lower 4/64 GB option with a discount deal of its own. We hear this handset will no longer sell at its original retail price of Rs 28,000 in Pakistan.

Vivo has decided to snip Rs 1,000 from its price, dropping its cost down to Rs 26,999, which seems reasonable for the camera and hardware configuration. We’ll get to that part later. Vivo Y03t (4/64GB) is supposed to be a sub-entry-level device, and this discount certainly improves its appeal in the category.

For that sweet new price, we get all the standard entry-level features. This Y03t handset is built around a 6.56” IPS that lets you doom scroll social media apps at 90Hz speed for fluid animations. It’s only HD+ resolution (720 x 1612p), so the pixels will expose themselves if you squint hard enough.

That IPS panel is smooth with clear visuals. At ~528 nits, this screen is plenty bright as well. We also see an obtrusive notch taking up some area on this panel for a 5 MP selfie shooter. Latest Vivo budget mobile doesn’t stand out in any category since it was meant as an entry point to their Y lineup.

Vivo Y03t is a cheaper alternative to the slightly older Vivo Y03. The original ran with a Helio G85, but Y03t swapped it with a Unisoc T612 engine to save cost. Its performance pales in comparison, but the slower SoC is a caveat you have to bear for its sub-entry-level price. Y03t is essentially the same as Y03 in every other way.

Nothing’s extraordinary about its camera, and don’t be confused by its dual-lens appearance. There’s only one functioning camera here with a 13 MP sensor. That second lens is 0.08 MP auxiliary. We have 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage, as we said before, and both can be expanded by a Virtual Memory feature and an SD card slot.

Like the rest of its specs, battery and charging are also standard affair. A 5000mAh cell and 15W wired charging are about the same as found on the latest budget offering, the Vivo Y19s. And there’s no fingerprint either. At least it covers you with an IP54 rating for minor splash and dust resistance. We leave it up to you to decide if Vivo Y03t is worth the cost of Rs 26,999.
