After a successful launch of Vivo Y17 in Pakistan, the Chinese smartphone company is all set to launch the younger sibling Vivo Y15, followed by the upcoming Y12 soon. The phone launch is expected to be just around the corner as it has already been listed for sale in India, at the company's Official website.
Spotted on Vivo's Offical shopping website, The Vivo Y15 is, in fact, the younger sibling of already unveiled Y17. Major differences include an Helio P22 chipset instead of an Helio P35 and just 64GB built-in storage rather than having 128 gigs. The handset comes with 4GB of RAM.
Rest is pretty similar to the Vivo Y17 including the same sized (6.35-inch) HD+ display with a water-drop notch and bare minimum bezels. The triple cameras on the back are also the exact same 13MP main + 8MP super-wide + 2MP depth sensor along with the Fingerprint reader and the LED flash. However, the Selfie snapper on Y15 is just a 16MP sensor, instead of a 20MP on Y17.
Elder sibling of Vivo Y12 comes with the latest Android 9.0 Pie OS with Vivo FunTouch UI on Top. The handset comes packed with intelligent power saving feature so you can watch movies, live stream, or play games without having to worry about the battery running out. Other features include OTG support, Bluetooth 5.0 and numerous camera modes including Palm capture, time/model watermark, Pro mode, beauty mode and much more.
