Vivo is going strong with its current Y series in Pakistan and by Eid, we are expecting a new addition to the company's Y lineup. The upcoming smartphone is called Vivo Y17 which is said to be equipped with some excellent features, especially its camera and battery life.
Coupled with a number of innovative technologies, Vivo Y17 comes with the latest design and powerful features, yet at a fairly affordable price. Vivo Y17 is equipped with an AI-enabled Triple Camera setup, consisting of a 13MP main camera, AI-enhanced Super Wide-Angle 8MP lens, and a 2MP depth sensor to create the bokeh.
And if the presence of three rear cameras does not amuse you there's also a 20MP front-facing Camera that can be relied upon for quality selfies. The front camera of Vivo Y17 is also equipped with some AI Face Beauty features that will help perfect every facial detail on your photos.
The 6.35-inch screen carries a Full-View design with 19.3:9 screen ratio of which makes it look almost bezel-less. The smartphone supports a resolution of 720x1544 pixels and a screen to body ratio of 89% which makes it quite convenient to watch those long entertaining videos.
To add a stylish accent, the back of the phone creates artistic color gradations inspired by the reflection of light on water. Vivo Y17 comes in 2 new colour options, Pearl Pink and mystic purple. Both of which look quite stunning and stylish.
In terms of performance, Vivo Y17 runs on a MediaTek Helio P35 octa-core processor. This is powered by a powerful octa-core ARM Cortex-A53 CPU operating up to 2.3GHz. The Operating System used is Android Pie 9.0 with Funtouch OS 9 on top. For game lovers, Y17 also has an Ultra Game mode and a Dual-Turbo feature that reduces the frame drops to provide a smooth gaming experience.

Vivo Y17 is expected to be launched in the first week of June around Eid, while the pre-orders may begin way before. The handset is expected to be sold at a price of 36,999 rupees in Pakistan.
