Vivo Y20 Price in Pakistan; Goes Official with a Sleek, Minimal Design and a 5,000 mAh Battery

Without much fanfare, Vivo introduced the Y20 in Pakistan, just a short while after the recent launch of Vivo Y51. Featuring a sleek and modern design, the phone is available in stores nationwide for a budget-friendly price. It has a gorgeous design and solid entry-level specs to boot. Let’s take a look.

We start with a notch-touting ‘FullView’ screen of the Vivo Y20 that stretches 6.51” corner to corner, delivering an HD+ resolution at a 20:9 aspect ratio. To protect your eyes from strain, the display filters out blue light.

The Y20 by Vivo has a very polished look to it. There’s a 2.5D panel with well-defined lines and curves — the camera is placed on a raised bump, and the corners are rounded. This minimalist design comes in Dawn White, Obsidian Black, and Purist Blue.

The design, perhaps, is the only feature that stands out. Not to mention the fingerprint scanner on Vivo Y20 that rests on the frame and can unlock your phone in 0.22s. The latest entry in Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 400 series, the Snapdragon 460 mobile platform powers the Y20, paired with 4GB/6GB memory options and 64GB of expandable native storage. Overall it is a nice addition to the Vivo price list in Pakistan.

The Y20 internals run on a big 5,000 mAh Vivo battery that fast charges over 18W. You can get up to 16 hours of HD video streaming out of a single charge. Plus, the Y20 can be a makeshift battery bank thanks to its reverse charging feature. The phone boots to the latest Android10-based FunTouch 10.5.

To give the Vivo Y20 a boost, you can toggle the ‘Multi-Turbo 3.0’ mode on for smoother gameplay, better network connectivity, and optimized heat management. Also onboard the FOS is the ‘Ultra Game Mode’ for immersive gaming with ‘4D Game Vibration’.

In typical Vivo fashion, Y20’s cameras remain underwhelming. Out of the three cameras, the 13MP main lens has a tiny f/2.2 aperture. It’s combined with a pair of 2MP depth and macro sensors. The depth-mapping lens creates a hardware-powered shallow depth-of-field or bokeh effect. Surprisingly enough, the triple-camera does have support for autofocus. The Vivo Y20 starts from Rs. 25,999.
