Paras Guglani, a known source for many credible leaks, spilled Vivo Y56 5G's specs and an official-looking poster displaying the phone's design. The chain has swiftly taken to undo the leak, though it's still roaming on some tech channels.
The original leak is from Guglani's Twitter handle stating that Vivo Y56 is a 6.5-inch HD+ resolution device with a 60Hz refresh rate and Vivo's traditional water-drop notch. The screen size and resolution puts the phone slightly above the entry-tier segment.
In other specs, the tipster claims it with a dual back-camera system fitted with 13MP primary and 2MP auxiliary sensor. For selfies, it will bear a sole 5MP unit in the notch putting it slightly below ideal for selfies and video calls. The upcoming model will be a brand new addition to the Vivo price list.
Y56 expects a 5G-ready Dimensity 700 engine, powered by a 5000 mAh battery pack, at the core. With aluminum rings, the camera lenses protrude from a glossy accent. On the flat rails around the body, it has a slightly visible volume rocker.
