The MI 11 Lite 5G was praised for its slim and attractive design. The successor to this beauty, Xiaomi 12 lite 5G, is expected to drop soon in the Asian and European markets, hopefully, Pakistan as well. In a recent tweet, João Lúcio revealed a hands-on video of the smartphone, showcasing much of its design language and a gorgeous bubblegum pink finish.
Combining this video with the leaked images of the Xiaomi 12 Lite 5G that surfaced on Weibo in April, we have some information to report. The 12 Lite 5G boasts a non-curved display, housing a centered punch-hole selfie cutout surrounded by some slim bezels. The chin seems to be slightly thicker than the side bezels.
The phone's sides are flat, where the right edge houses the power button and volume rockers, and the left part is entirely clean. The power button not embedded with a fingerprint scanner hints toward an in-display scanner. The rear panel has a rectangular camera hump that holds the triple camera ring layout.
Moreover, in the latest Xiaomi Lite mobile leaked video, the plastic film encasing the MI 12 Lite unveils its key specifications like a slim featherweight design, 108 MP studio-grade triple camera, 120 Hz display, and 67W Turbo Charging.
According to the previous rumors, the 12 Lite 5G has the Snapdragon 778G under the hood. The triple camera setup is expected to comprise an OIS-enabled 108 MP primary, an 8 MP ultra-wide, a 5 MP macro shooter, and a 16 MP front camera. The 6.55’’ Full HD+ AMOLED panel should refresh at 120 Hz while the device is tipped to arrive in the 8GB/128GB storage option.
The FCC certification of the Xiaomi 12 Lite 5G also hints at a 6GB/128GB variant. The smartphone will reportedly run MIUI 13 based on Android 12 and is predicted to arrive in pink, black, and green color options.
