At the MWC event slated for Feb 27th, Xiaomi will debut the globally awaited MI 13 lineup. Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro will likely become official alongside Xiaomi 13 Lite, a low-cost model. The Chinese market has already received the first two devices, and we know everything about them. However, the third one continues to exist in rumors.

In the latest break, we discovered that the oncoming Xiaomi 13 Lite is just a rebranded version of Xiaomi CIVI 2 (launched in September 2022), thanks to a popular leak source, Sudhanshu Ambhore. The tipster not only gave away the model's specs but also showcased it inside out in a live unboxing video.

The video preview puts all our suspicions to rest, confirming once and for all that 13 Lite is a rebranded CIVI 2. The short clip reveals accessories inside the box and the model's in-hand preview. Have a look.

The package includes the device, a starting guide, a 67W charging brick, a TPU case, and a type C cable. Specs-wise, users will find 13 Lite's front spanned by a 6.55-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen. It will boast a smooth 120HZ refresh rate, 10 Bit colors, 1920Hz PWM dimming, 1000 nits brightness, and Dolby vision support. The specs listed in this paragraph describe a device that might be found on Xiaomi's price list.

The tipster claims a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset powers Xiaomi 13 Lite, the same as CIVI 2. The device will likely bring 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage, equally impressive as its flagship counterparts. It's a sweet spot for cameras too.

In its triple camera setup, the 13 Lite defaults to a 50MP IMX766 sensor by Sony, paired with a 20MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP macro shooter. Its display has a pill-shaped notch on the front to bear a dual 32MP selfie shooter combo. Backed by a 4500mAh cell (recharging at 67W), the phone brings an ultra-slim and lightweight chassis. The standard model in the predecessor series, Xiaomi mi 12 price in Pakistan is around PKR. 180,000.
