Xiaomi 15 Pro Cover Blown Once Again; Battery and Charging Details Leaked by DCS

We can say it without a doubt. As we speak, a team of developers is working on the Xiaomi 15 class of phones. They won’t be out until a few more months, of course. But that could never hold back the rumor mill in any way. DCS, yesterday, spilled the battery and charging deets for the Xiaomi 15 Pro.

Much unfolded in the wake of his Weibo post. We finally know they’ve been planning a 5400 mAh capacity for this one. But that battery size wasn’t the only bit he dished. Charging speed was also one of the things he brought to everyone’s sight.

Well, his track record makes us optimistic about his claims. But we’re still finding it hard to wrap our heads around the fact that there could be 100W wireless charging. DCS mentioned it right after the battery capacity. There’s 100W wired and wireless charging.

He went on in the comments about how the Xiaomi latest flagship mobile (prototype has 120W charging), but that one overheats. And there’s no solution yet. So, the end product may have an upper cap of 100W. But who knows? There may be a last-minute change in their plans.

Chalk-full of leaks over the last weeks turned into a solid spec roster. They say the Xiaomi 15 Pro is a 2K resolution micro-curved panel. It will have an Ultrasonic fingerprint sensor,  50 MP periscope, 50 MP Ultrawide, and 50 MP lenses to flex on other phones. And there shall be a Snapdragon 8 Gen at its service to pull the load.
