Xiaomi 15 Pro camera specifications pop up in leaks all over again. But the stats go much deeper this time. The report you are about to read is a mix of DCS’s posts on Weibo and a publication from Mydrivers. And they piece together all the camera specs of the Xiaomi 15 Pro.
It’s a flagship phone, so there’s hope for an ultimate camera setup here. From what the report tells us, there are three sensors on the back, all 50MP in resolution. One of those is a telephoto zoomer. Then there are ultrawide and a standard primary sensor.
Extreme aperture values ranging between f/1.4 and f/2.5 come with the first 50 MP alpha shooter. They may use an OV50K sensor from OmniVision as the primary unit here. Its sensor size will be wild at 1/1.3,″ and each pixel within is close to 1.2-micron. So, the camera will have a high dynamic range and well-lit night shots.
There’s a high chance of 120 and 60 FPS videos with this camera in HDR. And let’s not forget about its variable aperture. Then there’s a Sony IMX8 series 50 MP periscope telephoto here that can do 5X zoom. A Leica Summilux coating on this lens will let more light into the sensor of Xiaomi's latest Pro model.
Thus, the quality of this periscope zoomer will be far superior to any other standard telephoto sensor. Leica’s partnership will prove itself fruitful again for Xiaomi. The third and last sensor on the back will be Ultrawide 50 MP resolution.
