Xiaomi 15 Ultra Paves the Way for Global Rollout After EEC’s Certification

They did the same thing at the time of the Xiaomi 14 series release, and we don’t see anything changing this year. October 23rd is exactly when they plan to debut the Xiaomi 15 series and the Xiaomi 15 Ultra will make it to the stage in 2025, but the question on everyone’s mind: will there be a global rollout?

It won’t be exclusive to China, that’s for sure. This one will drop into the international markets just as quickly and we have its EEC certificate as proof. Xiaomi 15 Ultra will land in China, that has been obvious from the start, but it could also show up in some European markets, maybe Russia as well.

We don’t see much to go on from this EEC certificate, but there are insights from weeks' worth of leaks and reports on the web. So, what will be special about it this time? For starters, we’ve heard gossip about Ultra’s 200 MP telephoto in headlines many times, so that’s something.

They say that this 200 MP telephoto is a Samsung HP3 outsole and the lens assortment on it could help it with 10X optical zoom, all this resembles the Vivo X100 Ultra. Of course, this lens will not be alone because there are reports of a 1-inch size sensor under the main lens of the Xiaomi 5G latest phone, so that’s also something to look forward to.

Xiaomi 15 Ultra will be a 2K AMOLED phone that gets micro-curves on all four sides, and there’s even an ultrasonic fingerprint ID here. There will be 24GB max RAM on the Ultra, and of course, all the hardware this phone has gets a push from a Snapdragon 8 Elite, a new name for the SD 8 Gen 4.
