Xiaomi Poco C75 Incoming; FCC and EEC Certifications Spotted

EEC certifies a budget upcoming phone called Xiaomi Poco C75. And right on the heels of it, the FCC cleared this device for launch in the USA. These are proper clues into the C75’s product name and existence. That’s why we can be sure the company’s on track to replace the current C65.

Poco C75 on the FCC listing spilled crucial info about some of its hardware. They’ll be using an Android 14 operating system here. Most likely with a HyperOS 1.0 flavor. Then you have the typical Android provisions like WiFi Bluetooth, and NFC.

Perhaps the most interesting clue was C75’s connectivity support up to 4G LTE. Like before, there may not be a 5G variant this time. FCC certification means it has clearance for launch in the USA. And among other global markets, it will also be available in Europe.

EEC certification was bare-bones with little to no information. Again, there’s confirmation of LTE support and Dual-band Wifi. But nothing specific about its hardware or features. These are one of the earliest sightings of the Xiaomi Poco latest model and there’s a long road ahead till launch. You’ll probably see a lot of it in the future reports.

Before getting tested by these certifiers, Poco C75 made a cameo on the IMEI database. From there, we learned that its model number is ‘2410FPCC5G.’  An earlier report on the HyperOS source code noted a similar device. Per that report, we may be looking at a Helio G81 SoC here.
