Poco F7 is the company’s next big release, and the series will have three members, different from the last generation. This will be the first time they debut a Poco F7 Ultra, and we’ve been getting confirmation for it through certifications. The latest one from IMDA confirms its imminent launch again.
We see two new listings on IMDA’s database for the vanilla Poco F7 and the all-new Poco F7 Ultra. They assigned the model codes ‘24122RKC7G’ and ‘2412DPC0AG’ to these new handsets (it’s unclear which belongs to which). Each shows that these devices have Bluetooth, WiFi, and NFC.
Both model numbers have the letter ‘G’ at the end and it’s a good sign for F7 and F7 Ultra’s global availability. As for the specs and features, no details are available in these brief database entries.
Still, the rumor mill has helped gather plenty of info about these handsets in the last couple of weeks. It’s said that the Xiaomi's new Poco phone might be a rebranded Redmi K80 Pro, which is a phone from their sister brand. It helps establish several details about the handset.
Xiaomi is working on Redmi K80 Pro and rumor has it that the device is built around a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip. It will be an OLED phone with a 120Hz refresh speed on a 2K resolution, and it seems to include 120W fast charging speed. The vanilla Poco F7 could be a rebranded Redmi Turbo 4 and 3C confirms its charging speed to be 90W.
