Xiaomi Poco F7 Ultra Geekbench & AnTuTu Scores Leaked Just Days Before Launch

The Xiaomi Poco F7 series will launch next week on March 27th, but ahead of its official event, a famous publication got its hands on the lineup’s Poco F7 Ultra variant and shared the device’s performance scores early on the internet. Here’s what to expect from this device.

Amid the embargoes, it’s likely that GSMArena received a Poco F7 Ultra unit for review, and the publication decided to share some preliminary details on the company’s behalf. At any rate, this new report sums up the device nicely with benchmarks and performance scores stacked against some of the leading Android flagships of 2025.

Poco F7 Ultra is the first proper flagship from the company with the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chip onboard. It’s positioned to compete against phones like Xiaomi 15 Ultra, Vivo X200 Ultra, and even Galaxy S25 Ultra. The Poco F7 Pro is a notch below its Ultra sibling with last year’s flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. But it’s still considered a performance beast.

From what we hear, the Poco F7 Ultra managed some decent scores in Antutu and Geekbench tests, although it consistently underperforms against Realme and OnePlus devices with the same chip. The F7 Ultra was tested on Geekbench 6 where it yielded 2971 single-core points and 8887 points in multicore benchmark. That said, considering the Xiaomi smartphone price, the F7 Ultra still offers solid value for money despite the performance gap.

Even though it was tested with the maxed-out 16 GB RAM variant, Poco F7 Ultra scores way below devices like iQoo 13 and Realme GT 7 Pro, which were given 9500+ and 3100+ points on multi/single-core tests. The same performance falloff was noted on AnTuTu as well.

Poco F7 Ultra was put through its paces on the AnTuTu 10 benchmark and it resulted in impressive 2.58 million points. But again, it was outperformed by Realme GT 7 Pro and iQOO 13 with 2.74 and 2.79 million points, respectively. By no means the Poco F7 Ultra is a slow device, but it does struggle to compete against the established players.

The tests go on to include 3D Mark Wild Life Extreme for GPU benchmark, and we saw it push up to 6073 points. But, it’s nowhere near the scores of the benchmark leader, OnePlus 13, with 6615 points. This test also showed Poco F7 Ultra’s performance fall-off under consistent load, which shows that the phone has thermal throttling issues with a stability rating of 67.9%.

Still, under normal usage, the Poco F7 Ultra should perform on par with the rest of its competition. We might discover the rest of its specs, pricing details, and availability after the March 27th event, so stay tuned.
