Xiaomi Redmi 12C went official last month in Indonesia. As a part of the phone's global expansion effort, the company is gearing up again for another international launch, set for March 30th. Ahead of that, an official product listing has surfaced online with some pricing details. Have a look.
The exclusive microsite dedicated to the Redmi 12C provides extensive details on its features and specifications, showcasing the phone's essential highlights. In addition, the site features a prominent banner displaying the launch date alongside a convenient "Notify Me" link for interested users.
In features, most of the phone's highlights are in core specifications. Redmi 12C is an entry-level performer housing MediaTek Helio G85 SoC. Out of the box, It will have 6GB RAM onboard, but the OS lets users expand the memory virtually by up to 11 Gigs.
A massive 5000mAh battery powers the SoC and, at the same time, the Redmi 12C's 6.71-inch screen with a drop-notch cutout. A square-shaped camera module on Xiaomi's latest budget mobile rear panel protrudes to house a 50MP primary sensor, an auxiliary lens, and an LED flash. The camera module extends to the right side to incorporate a fingerprint scanner for security.

The remaining phone specs include an HD+ resolution, MIUI 13 x Android 12 OS, up to 500 nits peak brightness, a dedicated microSD slot, a 3.5mm audio port, a micro USB plug, a 5MP selfie camera, and 10W charging support. Memory variants for the phone are still under wraps.
Set for a grand launch on March 30th, the Redmi 12C will be available at a starting price of approximately 10,000 INR (roughly around PKR 34,500). Users will be able to choose from a variety of colors, including purple, green, blue, and black.
