A successor to the Xiaomi Redmi A2 series has finally surfaced on Thailand's NBTC certification platform. The listing, aptly titled Redmi A3, gives us a sneak peek into what could be the next sub-entry-level sensation from the Chinese tech giant. Here’s everything you need to know.
The smartphone, identified by model number 23129RN51X, has been making rounds on various certification platforms, including IMDA and EEC. However, the NBTC listing officially confirms its identity as the Redmi A3. The device will support GSM/WCDMA/LTE networking with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity.
While the finer details remain eluded alongside the handset’s pricing and design, multiple certification sightings suggest that the official launch is imminent. Expected to be the direct successor to the Redmi A2, the A3 is likely to bring subtle improvements squarely targeted at the budget segment.
