Redmi A3 (4/64GB) retailed at Rs 24,000 until now, but this price tag has been slashed to Rs 21,000. That saves you Rs 3,000 on the base trim. The 4/128GB variant with bigger storage drops its retail from Rs 26,000 to Rs 24,000, snipping Rs 2,000 from its sticker price.
The specs you are about to read feel rather dignified at these new price tags. It has an IPS display on the front (to be expected within its class), 6.71” with a 90Hz refresh rate, and a good enough resolution at 720p HD+. A traditional style water drop notch melts into the screen.
The selfie camera on the screen has a low-res 5MP sensor, and a meagerly upgraded 8MP sensor is allocated for the rear shooter, LED flash included. The behemoth circular island on the back is mostly for show, but we can’t deny it looks great on a flat angular build.
It doesn’t have the fastest chip in the world, but Helio G36 will surely get you by in most day-to-day activities. 4GB physical and 4GB virtual RAM are also a great fix for its Android 14 OS.
