ZTE Blade A55 (4/64GB) is now cheaper in Pakistan with an official discount, and it’s a deal you won't want to miss. This phone brings quite the feature package for its cost, with a colossal screen and a speedy refresh rate. And don’t forget that A55 is still a sub-entry-level device, so its value is quite tough to beat.
The discount has driven its cost down from Rs 21,000 to Rs 19,999, saving you Rs 1,000 on retail. That is if you decide to purchase this device. A 6.75” display is slapped on top of the Blade A55, so it’s already bigger than your average devices in the segment.
It’s an IPS panel, which is to be expected at this price, but a quick and smooth 90Hz refresh rate is rare in this range. Now, the resolution is only 720p on this big screen, and that’s a caveat you must face in this price category. Unisoc SC9863A1 SoC is the force behind this phone’s performance, linked with up to 4 GB RAM.
ZTE budget new model doesn’t have much, resource-wise (only 4 GB RAM and 64GB storage). But the good thing is that ZTE already thought about it and gave A55 a light Android 14 Go system, so it keeps all operations running up to snuff. Cameras on this device are hit or miss though.
The 13 MP main camera on the back is also very common for the price point and the same goes for its 8 MP selfie camera. They are not the most powerful, but at least get the job done. A55’s fingerprint is on the side. A 5000mAh cell powers this phone, wired to a 10W charging backup. These specs are a steal, especially now that Blade A55’s cost has been reduced to Rs 19,999.
