QMobile Noir i9 is best because that is quad core and nokia xl is dual core. i9 have 8mp camera whereas xl have 5mp. the big difference is about price, where i9 is 16500 by having quadcore processor and xl is 17000 by having dual core processor. so guys you can think which one is best in price and feature. don't think about brand, just think about features.
