Phone is too expensive wrt its hardware for example qmobiles own phone Z10 has better hardware ie: Full HD screen (better dpi) and this have only HD and less dpi. If you ignore the price then, overall its ok. and if your Z12 heat up during charging then download a gionne (offical) rom from need rom and install the updates and now you will also receive updates for your Z12. Worked for me :)

The biggest problem in all the sets of QMobile is that they donor give system update and all coming phones have 1.3ghz quad core processor please upgrade the android of previous flagship's devices like z6 z7 z8 z9 z10 z12 i12 etc and change the processor from quad core to otacore

Q mobile z12 ki features boht achi hain.. Shuru m boht acha chl raha tha or fast charging bhi horahi thi... Ab battery charging k baad to wohi timing deti ha use k liye mgr charging boht zyada time k baad ho rahi ha 10 min m mushkil se 1% brhta ha... Jo log is mobile ko lene ka soch rahe hain wo baad m pchtaen ge. M boht pareshaan hun... Poora din nikl jata ha charge krte krte.
